黄油化开
倒入少量面粉,炒至金黄色,关火。 然后一定要晾凉!!!!!这个步骤很关键做不好白酱会太稠
蘑菇过油(个人比较喜欢黄油炒)翻炒后放一边留用
火腿切丁 培根配蘑菇口号更好一些,可以用培根和蘑菇一起过油 留用
凉水下通心粉,煮开后凉水冲一下,口感更劲道
将凉透的面粉(步骤3)中,倒入牛奶。
小火烧开,用筷子不断搅拌
切记搅拌均匀,不要有结块
倒入准备好的蘑菇和香肠
撒盐
煮开关火
准备好通心粉,准备浇汁
开一瓶Moscato甜白葡萄酒,享用意大利面吧
